Job Description: Manage supermarket buyer to optimise sales volume and profitability.Work with buyer and stores to plan programmes and promotions in order to achieve set sales targets. Develop marketing and sales strategies for new product launches, expand distribution channels and good product merchandising display. Build strong relationship with stores to maximize product display and instore sales activities. Work closely with customer and production team to develop new products to grow existing business. Monitor sales and take action to set promotions as and when necessary. Gather and compile information to evaluate customer satisfaction to existing and new products. Effectively solve problems and manage risk to ensure achievement of targets with the key accounts Prepare and maintain sales analysis report and sales action plan at monthly departmental meeting with top management. Ad-hoc projects/tasks assigned by the head of department.
Job Description: Advertising and Promotion (A&P) management and ensuring effective allocation and utilization of marketing funds in line with overall business unit strategy Regular tracking of A&P spent aligned with budget plan Develop, implement and managed effective execution of trade marketing activities Liaise with various vendors on end-to-end development to deliveries of promotional materials Work closely and support sales team to ensure sound planning and implementation of key promotional activities in the stores Prepare sales reports and business reviews for suppliers Involve in competitive monitoring and market analysis Manage order forecast accuracy and ensure inventory management objectives are met. Includes driving efficiencies in market hygiene and obsolescence Build productive relationships with the suppliers and customers Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the superior.
